I have huge interest in the vast spectrum of biology.

There are so many things to be

discovered and worked on, which we dont have a prior knowledge of at the
moment.
I am about to share a small and rough idea of mine which needs remodeling and
redo-ing the idea itself.
From time immemorial, we have used and derived proteins from other species like
E.Coli and Bovine cells.
The phenylalanine dehydratase defect which happens in pheylketonuria which if
untreated causes brain and nerve damage concerns me. The inborn error of
metabolism should and must be detected within the first 1-2years in children by
PKU test. But induced pre-mRNA splicing can remove the defective bases and insert
the correct bases in the presence of a signal. An induction signal, can be
engineered by studying the responses and splicing and inserting can be done by
specific endonucleases and ligases present in the system.
The induction signal is a blank which needs research, work, tedious process of relearning, trial and error and lastly patience to succeed, like any idea.
