Training Program Description

This program evaluation will measure the experience of Store Managers in our Human
Capital Management Systems (HCM). This evaluation is created to get an idea of how well the
training session has benefited the Management team using Kirkpatricks four levels of
evaluation.
Goals and Objectives
The goal for this training is to give the managers the opportunity to utilize the tools that
are necessary to be successful while using HCM. It will provide them with strong and effective
leadership to pass their knowledge to their employees. They will be able to build on the skills
that they already have and learn new skills.
