Types of support networks in unlawful ex combatants in

reintegration process
Summary
This study had the purpose of designing a typology of support
networks in unlawful ex-combatants through cluster analysis,
according to the composition, structure and support levels of
subjects personal networks. From 106 individuals, 3 types of
networks were found: a) Type I networks, of friends, relatives
and integration of known, with low performance on support
functions; b) Type II networks, of friends and family, central
networks with high support detected in physical assistance
and social reinforcement functions; c) Type III networks,
mostly of friends, closed networks with high material support
detected. This typology allows recognizing the integration and
deployment of relief mechanisms among ex-combatants.
