1. Listen to Introduction.

2. Listen to The Dive (approx 30 minutes). -- use STEREO headphones. You can lis
ten while sitting comfortably and with eyes closed. (Don't listen while doing ot
her things). You can also listen while lying down. Sound volume is not important
as long as it is comfortable for you.
"All you really need to do is listen to the soundtrack and let your mind do what
ever it wants as you listen. Unlike traditional meditation where you must focus
on something in order to attain the brain wave patters of meditation, Holosync t
echnology creates these brain wave patterns for you. For that reason, you may le
t your mind do whatever it wants while you listen, without focusing or thinking
about any particular issue."
3. After 14 days of listening to The Dive only, begin listening to The Dive foll
owed by Immersion (total time: 1 hour approx.). Do not use Immersion unless you
have first listened to The Dive as it may not work properly.
After four weeks, you may lengthen your meditation time to an hour and a half by
listening to The Dive followed by Immersion (listen to Immersion twice). The ad
ditional half-hour is optional however and the program works fine for an hour a
day.
Bonus Soundtracks
1. Quietude - use while reading, studying or working as it induces a focused, su
per-learning state.
2. Oasis - use it to aid in problem solving as it induces heightened creativity.
Review all aspects of the situation or problem, then close your eyes and listen
to the track. While listening, let go of thinking about the problem but be rece
ptive to ideas and hunches that may appear in the mind.
