Step For Configure outlook

You will need your incoming mail server, outgoing mail server, full email address, and your
email password. You can find these settings by logging into your Mail Central.
1. Open Outlook 2007.
2. Click Tools.
3. Click Account Settings.
4. Click New to create a new email account.
5. Check Manually configure server settings or additional server types.
6. Click Next.
7. Select Internet Email.
8. Click Next.
9. Fill in the following information:
o Your Name: How you want your name to appear in emails (example: John Smith)
o Email Address: Your full mailbox address (example: john@your-domain.com)
o Account Type: POP3 (same as POP)
o Incoming mail server: pop.powweb.com
o Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.powweb.com
o User Name: Your full mailbox address (example: john@your-domain.com)
o Password: Your mailbox password
o Remember password: We recommend that you keep this checked.
o Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA): We recommend that
you keep this unchecked.
10. Click More Settings.
11. Click Outgoing Server.

12. Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.


13. Click Advanced.
14. Fill in the following information:
o Incoming Server (POP3): 110
o Outgoing Server (SMTP): 587
15. Click OK.
Click Next to complete the setup of your email client.
