In a nutshell,we can conclude that gram staining experiment is to determine the

bacteria which it is gram-positive bacteria or gram-negative bacteria.Bacteria Bacillus

is the gram-positive bacteria and the E. Coli is gram-negative bacteria.Gram-positive
bacteria will show purple colour and Gram-negative bacteria will show pink colour after
staining. To achieve the objective of this experiment is doing gram staining experiment
with the help of material such Hucker's crystal violet, Gram's iodine ,95% ethyl alcohol,
SafraninHucker's crystal violet, Gram's iodine ,95% ethyl alcohol, Safranin and
microscopic slide.Moreover, precaution steps have to be taken to avoid error during
experiement.Such as heating the inoculating loop before the bacteria, heat the slide
,place the slide on the staining rack, smear from culture of microorganisms.
