position in the job market and to build a great career. It is essential to have a good
degree from a respectful institution as well as good experience in important companies.

Although all these things are indispensable to achieve the success, you cannott say
that is enough. Nowadays, good social connections can be considered even more
important thaen knownledge or a degree themselves. Knowing the right people has
definitely a decisive role in getting good indications referrals to good positions, even if
you dont have enough experience or qualifications.
A good letter of reference and/or an important social connection in your area of interest
can make you geto ahead of many candidates and achieve high positions and build a
success carerer. It is not that knowledge isn nott important but, for example, when you
