Saudi Arabian National Organization which deals in most sophisticated equipments,
machinery, national security functions with consultancy provided on national and
International levels. I was assigned a task to get VAR certification as no one in Saudi Arabia
has that before. Started with a limited time and but with management support, got certified
after the successful audit from SAP.
Taking care of overall implementation of PSCD & FICO modules, includes ITSM incident,
problem, and knowledge with CHARM management. Other ITIL processes are also configured
for HRDF, while using FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) catering the needs of customer
accounting for HRDF. This project is really special as this has integration with existing
application to transfer and update the data between SAP and NON SAP Applications.
