I was so excited after reading that youre hiring for several positions at The Moment
Group of Restaurants. I saw your ad on my alma maters facebook page recently.
I am a proud alumni of Global Academy, graduated last July 2016.
As an enthusiastic culinary professional, I would like to be considered for a Line Cook
position at your company.
I trained under strict chef-instructors. But because of this experience, I learned how to
deal with pressure in the real kitchen environment. I also a lot more confident of my
skills. Most of all, studying at my chef instructors taught me to work hard, focus, keep
on going and never stop dreaming.
I was also selected to train under one of your admirable chefs; Chef Eric Ganeb, who
helped me during my internship training in Cue Modern Barbecue for 3 months.
Though my hands-on experience is barely limited as a fresh graduate, I developed a
strong expertise in preparing food, completing all assigned prep list items and setting up
cooks line stations. Particularly, I am well-versed in maintaining product presentations,
completing side duties such as bussing tables, unpacking food, preparation for
production, cleaning work station, washing dishes and organizing stockroom. Along
everything stated above, Im still ready to learn more about cooking and hoping to be a
