towards my goal of
going to bed no
later than 10:30
PM on a school
night. As of right
now, I have been
going to bed
earlier than I have
before this first
semester, and I
have been getting a
lot more sleep.
However, most of
my choices in
going to bed are
involuntary, in
which I have been
accidently falling
asleep for several
days.

My behavior doesnt
necessarily mirror what
I want to accomplish as
I intended it to. I am
upset with having to go
bed early, because it
limits my free time and
time to finish my
homework, which I
desperately need more
time for. As of right
now, I am unsure of
how to secure more
time, since my sleeping
schedule is strict and
limiting of my time.
