Management Plan

Arrange desks/nametags in ways that design and support student learning.

Display a daily schedule at all times so students get used to routine and
consistency in the classroom.
Display and discuss expectations and responsibilities daily.
Have a clear discipline system in the classroom in order to maintain order
and safety at all times.
Have a reward system so students know their good (expected) behavior is
not going unnoticed. Example-Lunch Bunch, Extra Recess on Fridays, etc.
Be prepared by having all material, supplies and activities for each day ready
in a timely fashion.
Use positive reinforcement to show love, but discipline at the same time; by
using both children will gain a sense of responsibility.
