Bring to a boil and let simmer 45 minutes Add vegetables and let simmer another 35 minutes. Separate meat and vegetables. Place 200 ml (3/4 cups) of cooked meat and 80 ml (1/3 cup) of cooking water in blender. Puree and place in ice cube containers and freeze. vv Chicken 2 boneless chicken breasts 80 ml (2 cup) water or vegetable broth (no salt added) Makes: 250 ml to 300 ml (1 to 1-1/4 cup) Keeps: 1-2 months in freezer > Steam chicken breast about 10-12 minutes or until chicken is white. Do not let meat harden. > Place 125 ml (1/2 cup) of chicken and 80 ml (1/3 cup) of water or broth > Puree and place in ice cube containers and freeze. Poach the filets by covering and cooking at low heat 5-10 minutes or until fish flesh can easily be undone with a fork. Let cool, Place 2 the fish in blender. Cook until legumes can be easily mashed with a fork. » Let cool a few minutes and drain. Place half the legumes in a blender with 500 ml (2 cups) fresh water.
