Your attention is invited to CPO(A)s D.O. letter no. P/S/Pension Adalat/94 dated
16.5.94 followed by Railway Boards D.O. letter no. E(W)92/PA1-1/1 dt. 25.4.94 and
MS/Railway Boards D.O. letter no. 86/AC-11/21/29 dt. 10.7.86 on the above subject.
As per extant instructions, Pension Adalat is required to be held in every year
on 15th December, or on the 1st working day after the said day, in case 15th December is a
holiday.
Accordingly, it has been decided that Pension Adalat for 2015 will be held in this
Railway
on

Office/
Garden Reach as well as Divisional offices at Kharagpur, Adra, Chakradharpur and Ranchi
including Workshop/Stores at Kharagpur at 11-00 hrs.
CPRO has already published Press Notification for wide publication of Pension
Adalat-2015 through the leading Daily Newspapers within the Geographical Jurisdiction of South
Eastern Railway on 19.8.2015 & 20.8.2015 (List of Newspapers enclosed) so that aggrieved
Pensioners may submit their applications to the respective Divisions/Workshop/Unit/Hd. Qrs. Office
from where they have been retired, by 31.10.2015 positively. It may be ensured that no case of
previous Pension Adalats are pending prior to holding the forth-coming Pension Adalat.
Notification and format of application regarding Pension Adalat-2015 of South
Eastern Railway may also be downloaded from the Personnel Department Page on Website
www.ser.indianrailways.gov.in
Kindly arrange to hold the Pension Adalat in your Division/Workshop/Unit like
previous years and submit a detailed report on the same immediately thereafter to this office.
