Examine the as built drawings and explain the nature character of the fire safety equipment
install to the building as what shows in the drawing and site.

Process to get the drawing from the authorities:

In order to get the documents, it is a requirement for the project leader to write a letter of
recommendation so that the documents become accessible for student. The letter has to be
verified by the lecturer in charge of this course and in this case, it is either Dr. Azli Abd Razak or
Dr. Nik Rosli.
The recommendation letter is brought to the staff in the development office and only then
students are able to browse through the document. However, the document is only accessible
around the development office and it cannot be brought out of the premise. The only method to
keep the documents is by either Photocopy the document or taking photo of the document.
Action to photocopy the document has been taken.
Once the plan has been taken it is distributed among the classmates and the plan is
explained to everyone is who is involved in the assignment by the leader.
