METHODS EMPLOYERS CAN ENSURE THAT THEIR EMPOLYEES AARE HAPPY AND
MOTIVATED

There are some studies which affirm that there is a real connection between
happiness among the workers and high productivity in a company. If
employees feel good, loyal and engaged in the company, their work is
better and it is profitable for the entire company. I really believe in this fact,
because I have seen myself working in a good atmosphere and I could
realise that my work was better than when I had worked in other companies
where I didnt feel so well. Therefore, it is interesting for an enterprise adopt
some methods to increase this motivation and happiness.
Make employees feel valued in the company it could be the most effective
procedure to engaged workers with the company. It is important the team
work, but also managers must appreciate the individual work and how much
workload a person is dealing with and how well is doing. Team working tends
to hide the real work, because some people may are doing a hard work and
the others prefer to do the least which is not fair and the result is that the
efficient employers feel that his labor is not valued and doesnt count.
Another way to ensure happiness and motivation of the employees is
allowing for keeping a work-life balance. All workers have their own private
life which give them value and satisfaction. Those private moments makes
people feel cheerful; this cheerfulness will be revealed in work-life or job, so
it is appealing that a company permit to adapt workers schedules to their
life and gives incentives to enjoy with their families.
As we have seen, both methods are based in a positive way and, also, they
try to build closer relationships between the company and the employees. If
this bond exists, It will profit for both agents.
