The line is ok because you are looking up towards the celing.
Your shoulders are
slightly closed which would make your chest stick more out and cause a small arch in the back if you had the head looking at the ground. However, using this head position to strengthen the trapezius is good. You need to work a bit more on your shoulder mobility along with learning good tuck handstands(with no break in the line between hand and hip) to improve your line. This finger position is absolutely fine. All that matters is that you have a finger position you are comfortable with and where you feel you can exert force against the floor. Yes the tuck requires good shoulder mobility (unless you want to do a planch) , som thorcic extension and a good forward bend. it also depends how deep you go as there are different variations/ levels of the tuck HS.
