Introduction: In the past there was no television,

cars, computers,or the modern technologies we
have today. Cowboys had to entertain themselves,
and many times the entertainment was to dance.
Not only was this entertaining but it was a good
way to stay fit. This dance will not only be fun but
it will exercise your most important muscle. Can
anyone tell me what that muscle is? Its your
heart. So put your hand over your heart. Is it
beating fast? After the dance we will put our
hands over our hearts again and see how fast our
heart beats once we have completed our dance.
