Brier is an excellent candidate for the Mc Donalds Employee Scholarship

Program. Briers contribution to the community is one that is not isolated to
her immediate region. I can recall many instances where she has used her
caring professionalism to elevate the behaviour of her peers and leave a
lasting positive impression. A natural consequence of this behaviour is Brier
becoming a role model to younger people. She has taken on leadership
roles that have allowed her to learn and also share her knowledge with the
less experienced.
Through Briers constant social and professional engagement, she has
created and maintained a culture of an open-mindedness and critical
thinking. As a result, Brier has not only lead her peers but also assisted in
keeping them a cohesive group.
These qualities are not teachable in a conventional classroom. They are
only nurtured by a caring community and transferred from person to person
which Brier does with integrity and an understanding of responsibility.
