I am writing to support Sarah Gooch in her application for an MA.
Sarah joined our school four years ago and she rapidly developed into an
outstanding classroom teacher.
Two years ago she was appointed as mathematics subject leader and in that time
she has delivered effective CPD, has monitored and developed the learning and
teaching of mathematics and developed provision across the school.
This year she successfully gained a place on the Teacher Leader Programme and
she has been completing action research on mastery in mathematics.
I have no hesitation in recommending her for the MA course,
