SELANGOR FLOORBALL ASSOCIATION NEW POLICY

1. CLUB REGISTRATION
1.1. A transfer window method will be implement for current or new clubs to be registered with
SFA each year.
1.2. Each club registration must be together with a yearly commitment fee. The fee shall be
determined by the association according to the transfer period.
1.3. Once registered, a club is bound by a yearly contract basis with SFA.
1.4. A club are allowed to impose its own contract to their player, if deemed necessary.
1.5. Transfer window period will be as following :
I.
15th December 15th February (early registration)
II.
15th February 15th March (late registration 1)
III.
1st June 20th June (late registration 2)
1.6. For any both late registration, a late penalty shall be impose, however the amount shall not be
more than half the early registration amount.
1.7. Each club registered with SFA shall be entitled to the following benefits :
I.
Special court and board rental rates for training
sessions.
II.
Equipment and technical support during trainings and
tournament.
III.
Medical support during tournaments held internally or
externally from SFA.
IV.
Special rates for events held by SFA.
2. PLAYER REGISTRATION
2.1. Players registration shall follow the clubs registration policy and transfer window, however at
any time any player can be added in into the clubs without restriction.
2.2. Each players registration must be together with a yearly license fees to both MFA and SFA.
2.3. Once registered, a player is bound by a yearly contract basis with SFA.
2.4. Registered players shall be entitled to the following benefits :
I.
Official player license card by MFA.
II.
Obtain official player registration number by MFA.
III.
Official player registered to International Floorball
Federation (IFF).
IV.
Officially recognized by SFA as an association member.
V.
Eligible to play for Selangor State Team.
VI.
Entitled for support from SFA either in financial or
technical for representing state or nationals.
3. OTHER MATTER
3.1. The new policy is solely for registered Selangor clubs and players only.
3.2. Purpose of the policy is to differentiate clubs and players of Selangor from other states clubs
and players, where only members of Selangor Floorball Association shall be entitled for the
benefits and special rates given by the association.
