Playing Badminton: an Extreme Challenge
Each badminton player runs over 1.5 kilometer on the
competition. While catching the ball, they do not know the ball
speed from the opposite will possibly high to 300 km/hr. During the
game, they have to run nearly 2 kilometer and adjust their body
more than 250 times to hit the ball. Then, the daily training is also
not an easy work. Badminton players have to run and strength their
muscle. It is necessary to fit the competition, or they will get an
injury easily.
Finally, all players need focus on each action. If they do not pay
attention to it, they are not able to gain more progress. All in all,
badminton is not a elegant but extreme sport.
