arc welding procedures

- Making ordinary welding / Develop Kumai1 Clean the surface to be welded

2.Select the appropriate electrode with type of work

3.Adjust the flow of electrical suitability of the electrode size of 80 -90

4.Welding on the surface and the average angle between the electrode and the
object is between 15 to 30

5.After welding is complete, turn off switch on the welding machine. Clean
slag from the moldings.

Workpiece welding joint meeting

1. Clean the surface to be welded.

2. Sandwich the two pieces of plate.

3. Select the appropriate electrode with type of work.

4. Adjust the flow of electrical suitability of the electrode size of 80 90.

5. Make a solid nail in end object.

6. Welding on the surface and the average angle between the electrode and
the object is between 15 to 30.

7. After completion of welding, switch off the welding machine. Clean

the slag from the moldings.

Welding connection object open diagonal

1 Clean the surface to be welded

2.Select the appropriate electrode with type of work

3.Adjust the flow of electrical suitability of the electrode size of 80 -90

4.Close the two pieces of plate material and provide work space for
welding distance

5.Weld nails done at both ends of the work to fix its position.

6.Do welding work on an extension along the surface of the work piece to weld to
fill the space provided.

7. Fire off an arc when welding work is completed and let stand an
extension of the work.
8. Clean the slag on the work piece using the cleaning tool for molding of the
welded joint meeting.

CONCLUSION
At the end of the workshop I know how and welding process using welding
equipment, I also learned how to process welding joint meeting, and welding a
diagonal connection open. I also understand how to control the electrodes and
the voltage is properly.
