    All people between 12-60 must work everyday.
    The only way you can miss work is if you're sick, injured or if someone in your
    family passes away
    There is a buy and sell market
    1.8% of their money must be given to the leader
    $19.76 an hour

    Holidays.
    Leaderday - June 1st (Day the ship got destroyed)
    Thanksgiving - Oct 16th (Be thankful for what you have, it could be worse)
