In the narrative, Narrative of the life of frederick douglass, 1845, author frederick
douglass asserts that he had never met a women like Mrs. Auld is very kind women , next he
says, she had never had a slave under control previously to myself showing how he wants
Mrs. Auld. Douglass appear two write in hopes of Mrs. auld in order to get her attention.
Because of the authors love tone it seems as if he writes for love attention and audience to
help them understand more.
