BLACK AND WHITE FESTIVAL

The black and White festival, is the biggest and most important of southern
Colombia.It for his geographic location it belong to SAN JUAN DE PASTO city. It
also has been also adopted for others NARIENSES tows and southwestern
Colombia.
This festival is celebrated of 2 to 7 of january ,every year in the San juan de
pasto city. To this festival come many colombian tourist and extrajeros and
foreing.
It was declared intangible cultural heritage.(patrimonio cultural e inmaterial de
la humanidad.)
PASTO is a colombian town is the capital of the Nario departament. The
municipal head has the name SAN JUAN DE PASTO. San Juan de Pasto is a
challenging and beautiful city which stands at the foot of the Galeras volcano
and is characterized by its landscapes, nature reserves and cultural centers
that welcome tourists with the kindness and friendliness of its people .
Considered the Surprise City of Colombia, Pasto actually surprised by
displaying an unsurpassed architectural contrast with buildings of republican
and modern times.

The weather, there is that took into acount that in PASTO is very cold, with
temperaturas into the 18 to 23 degrees Celsius. Is important wear snug
clouthes , you can include scarves,coat, Jackes,gloves and Bonnet with ears.
