ready for the 2015-2036 school year. We were down an administrator over the summer, and
she filed in and was a major contributor to the administrative team, Her major project,
updating the Staff Handbook: she continues to mi

continues tobe an integral part of our leadership team,

guidance as to what needs to be done and when faced with resistance, she has hit this head.
For example, she has dealt with resilience to new policies, such asthe grading policy. She

‘While working very closely with Mrs. Campion over the summer months, | was able to get to
know her on a more personal level and find that she has a great sense of humor. However,
she also acts professionally and poised when appropriate. She is honest, and has integrity.
Mrs, Campion also has the ability to be flexible and adjust to stressful situations.

has proven to be an effective leader. In addition, to making policies, running meetings, and
trainings, she has also filled in afew times while we were down an administrator, She has
proven that she able to maintain the daly operations of the school as wel, Lizie isa
natural leader, hasa vision, and I would be happy t recommend her fora future
