1:00 if that works for you and your site supervisor. Please let me know who

Hello Dr. Jones-Carey,

I will update to summer of 2016! Thank you. The reason I didn't go past
summer is because I didn't have any problem accruing 400 last summer... In
fact I accrued well over 400 hours between being at school and working at
home on several projects. If you know my building and the administrators
there, they load me with work after summer school ends for the day. So, I
plan on continuing these policies and procedures for September but
honestly, I doubt I will have a problem completing 200 hours. I didn't include
artifacts because when I did this last summer for Dr. McDonough that wasn't
required. However, if this is a requirement, I will try to place artifacts in
there that I am predicting I will do? I will update 7.1. I will resubmit. Thank
you.

Hi Elizabeth,
I am reviewing what you prepared. First thing that jumps out at me is in the
proposal - you discuss the summer of 2015. I think you mean 2016. Also,
since we are already well underway within the summer and your hours can't
begin to acrue until you have approval and have had the site meeting etc., I
am thinking that you are going to have to include some time at least into
September or beyond to get the required 200 hours. Am I thinking about this
correctly?
Within the matrix, I don't see any proposed artifacts that will be collected or
used. We ask for you to include these in the matrix. While we know they
may change along the way, having guiding documents identified helps with
the planning process.
I also noted that 7.1 Substantial is blank. Is there a reason?
Once you have had a chance to update narrative in the proposal and add to
the matrix etc., please resend it to Mr. Bodziak and I so we can review it
before the meeting next week.

I just got back from vacation and I'm forwarding the matrix and proposal by
Monday. My site supervisor would like me to start next week at the end of the
week if I can get this all approved and I am able to get a supervisor from
