Your deposit will be returned to you within 28 days of the tenancy terminating.
Deductions may be made from this deposit for unpaid rent or damage caused by you or
your guests to the property or furnishings. Deductions will not be made for general wear
and tear on the property or furnishings.
Please ensure that the property is cleaned and your personal items have been removed
by the date on which this notice expires. If you fail to vacate the property when this
notice expires I intend to take court action against you to regain possession of the
property.
