    There is no illness, disease, or pestilence for

    which both
    nature and mind do not have a prevention and
    cure.

    Heaven and gods do not come and bestow these


    sufferings on
    people; they alone invite them in.

    The White Tigress makes no invitation, using


    nature and her
    mind to prevent illnesses.

    She fears no illness and so overcomes the spirits


    that disperse them.
    Like a fierce tigress in the wild, nothing dares
    attack her.
