The Great Gatsby Setting Poster Project

The setting is an important indicator in The Great Gatsby of who characters

are. It show can show wealth, poverty, status (or lack of status), and values.
Today in class, we are going to take a closer look at three settings in The
Great Gatsby and create visual representation of them. In a group of three,
you will create a poster to represent West Egg, East Egg, or the Valley of
Ashes. You will need to find specific quotes in the text that you cite
on your poster. Your visual representation can be created through collage
and drawing.
You will turn in this paper at the end of class.
