As if a miracle hailed down from the heavens on the neigh of August XXII, Sir Rosan,

Master Sean, Peasant Brendan, and Lord Ian were adjoined in Pennypacker 48. As
members of this great union, all must abide by the preceding principles founded in
Reason. Additionally, all members must act with honor and dignity or face grave
consequences.
Consequences may include:
Burning at the stake
Stoned in front of all entryway members
Walk the plank of 4th story window

Ian and Brendan are living in the small room for the first half of the year. Sean and
Rosan will switch with them for the second semester. There are four desks in the
common room. If there are three roommates trying to study the common room will
be reserved for studying. Otherwise, roommates are free to use the common room
for other activities (music, dancing, etc.) and the roommates who desire to study
are free to do so in the bedrooms. We have a micro-fridge and refrigerator and
have bought a futon. The cost will be split equally among roommates for furniture
purchased. At the end of the year any furniture that was bought and not rented will
be put up for sale and all roommates will share equally in any sale that is made.
Cleaning of the room (taking out trash, gathering of amenities such as toilet paper,
and bathroom cleaning) will be rotated on a weekly basis, with dorm crew cleaning
every other week so each roommate will clean once every eight weeks. Guests are
welcome to stay the night on the futon with notice as late as the night of. For any
guests that are to stay for a full day or longer, however, the host of the guest should
notify the other roommates three days in advance.
