A person can achieve the humanism of Confucianism by living life with great
emphasis to family and community. He should act in a way that preserves these
tradition while fulfilling his assigned role in these groups. He should also have a
clear sight of what he must do, doing this for such groups. We can say that a person
living in Confucianism is a selfless and responsible person who respects and
preserves tradition. A person that I think lives by these beliefs is Rodrigo Duterte.
He is a person of great responsibility now being the leader of our country. He has
also a clear sight of what he wants; a public servant. He also is a selfless person
who dedicated his life in service of others while also protecting the traditions of
people specially the lumads.
