As a Swim Instructor, Jason was responsible for planning and facilitating Life Savings Society swim instruction for children aged 4-13 years old. In addition, he worked with almost 50 certified swim instructors to help lifeguard and implement a fun, risk managed environment for kids who participated in our swim program. Bayview Glen Day Campis a traditional day camp in the city of Toronto. Each summer, we have an enrolment of approximately 1,400 campers and 450 staff members. Our hiring process is very unique and very specific. Potential staff undergo both an interview and a diligent screening process which selects for individuality, sensitivity, character, talent, judgment, and personality. Throughout his time here, we found Jason to be a great swim instructor and leader. He is very energetic and his swim instruction was always age specific and well thought out. He is very patient, approachable, dedicated and flexible. He got along with all the campers and was instrumental in facilitating a fun and inclusive environment for all kids at the pool.
