To SHS Department:

Greetings!
The English teachers in Senior High School, in relation to the National Reading Month, (DepEd
Order 145, Series 2012), will be conducting a CULMINATING ACTIVITY that aims to expose
SHS students to different competitions that will develop not only their language skills, but more
importantly their positive attitude towards learning. We intend to hold the said event this month
of November.
In this regard, we humbly ask for your cooperation by allowing some of our SHS students to be
excused from your classes for practices/rehearsals from November 14-18. This is a preparation
for the said culminating activity which will be held on November 22, 23, and 25 respectively.
Class interruptions may be expected and we hope for your understanding.
Attached herewith is a copy of the letter signed by our principal allowing the conduct of this
activity.
