1. What is NO DIALTONE or NO CARRIER?

A: NO DIALTONE and NO CARRIER means DWG gateway get error response from GSM network
when sending the call out from the GSM module. When this happened, need to follow the below
step to check the error code :
1. Enable GSM SIP map code on the web: system configuration -> SIP parameter

2. telnet to gateway, and run these command:
