WELCOME BACK PARENTS & STUDENTS!!

MEET & GREET/READY FREDDY EVENT 2015

Sign-in and pick up your packet. First 100 students will receive a free
backpack ticket!
Visit the cafeteria and information tables (supply lists, clinic, parent
volunteers, after school applications, adult ESL classes, etc.)
Tour the school, (see attached map). Play on the playground!
Visit Explore & More (located at .not sure of a place or confirmation of
this yet)
Follow the READY FREDDY signs if you have a PreK or Kindergarten
student.
Dual Language will be discussed and presented to our PreK &
Kindergarten students (follow the signs).
Students in grades PreK & K, may board the bus located outside from
4:00-5:30p.m.
Meet your students teacher. To find out your students teacher, go to the
appropriate wing, (see attached map) and look at the lists on the wall to
find their name and homeroom number.
Go to the West Computer Lab and set-up your DOJO account!
Visit your classroom and participate in an activity!
If you have a free backpack ticket, pick up your backpack in Rm. 138,
Closing the Gap.
Receivership meeting in the Auditorium starting at 5:00.
Dont forget to visit our parent room, located in next to Rm. 138.Choose a
free book, and any take any free clothing item you need!

 End the evening by filling out the attached survey and bring it to the Home
& Careers Rm, 134 and place in the box. Enjoy an ice cream treat!!
