Patrol Car assembly Instructions

Parts for Assembly:

Parts Description:
(A1) - yellow 2 X 4
(A2) - blue 2 X 4
(A3) - blue 2 X 4
(A4) - white 2 X 4
(A5) - black 2 X 4
(Part C) - black hexagonal
(Part D) - black 3 X 2
(E1) - yellow 2 X 2
(E2) - red 2 X 2

(B1) - black 2 X 4 w/ wheels


(B2) - black 2 X 2 w/ wheels

(Part F) - black 1 X 8
(G1) - black 1 X 4
(G2) - yellow 1 X 4
(Part H) - blue 1 X 6

Instructions for Assembly:


Step 1: Lay out all pieces as pictured above.
( Refer to Figure 1. and Figure 2. during building process )
Step 2: Place A2(2x4) and A3(2x4) side by side lengthwise(as pictured) and stack on top of the
axle of B1(This will be the back of the LSA Rover). Make sure that half(4 notches) of (A2) and
(A3) are still showing.
Step 3: Place A1(2x4) and A4(2x4) on top of (A2) and (A3) so that half above the axle is still
Showing. Ensure you can still see half(4 notches) of A2 and A3.
Step 4: Attach part G1(1x4) underneath A1(2x4) and A4(2x4) directly behind of A2(2x4) and
A3(2x4) revealing only of pieces (A1) and (A4).
Step 5: Attach pieces E1(2x2) and E2(2x2)side by side as pictured, underneath the remaining
parts of A1(2x4) and A4(2x4). Ensure the top half of (E1) and (E2) are still visible.
Step 6: Turn product over so that youre looking at the bottom. Place Part A5(2x4) below parts
E1(2x2) and E2(2x2) so that Part A5 is centered perpendicular to the axle. Leave a row
between axle (B1) and (A5).
Step 7: With product still upside down. Attach part B2(small wheels) on the bottom edge of
part (D) so the wheels run parallel with Part (B1) wheels. Use this as the reference point
for the
back of the vehicle.

Step 8: Turn the product over so that its right side up. Place part G2(1x4) above parts E1(2x2)
and E2(2x2) to make them no longer visible from the top. G2(1x4) should be touching parts
A1(2x4) and A4(2x4).
Step 9: Center part F(1x8) so that it securely fits in the center above part G2(1x4)
Step 10: Fasten part D(2x6) longways so that it covers of parts (A1) and (A4) and is
touching part F(1x8). It should create a T-shape(perpendicular) with part (F).
Step 11: Attach the widest side of Part C(Black Hexagonal) so it's centered against part (D).
The front two rows should be left hanging forming the cockpit.
Step 12: Fasten part H(1x6) above part ( C ) so that it evenly covers the widest part of the
hexagonal shape, part ( C ).
