We are personally committing 300,000 of capital plus a 200,000 loan. Our


commencement-up cost come to 500,000 which is mostly expensed
equipment, furniture,painting,reconstruction, rent, startup labor, liquor
license, six months operating cash and licit consulting cost associated with
opening our restaurant. These are the stat-up requisites to the best of our
erudition and experience in the industry
