Summary: This article is about a new ranking that came out about the best work
environments for technology professionals. This company, Monsanto, was ranked 24
out of 100 places. As stated from one of their employees, Jim Swanson, it is a very
exciting time to be in IT at Monsanto. This company is working on bringing
technology to agriculture. The world is growing rapidly and farmers need to make
more food so this company tries to make it easier for the farmers.
According to this article, it is important to be on this ranking of best places to
work, because it attract new and experiences IT workers. The more skilled workers
they can employ, the more break through and advantages this company can gain.
This company is worldwide and is becoming highly relied upon by the farmers all
over the world. They help the farmers make more quality food with less work.

Summary: This article is an overview of a study that was dont by a few nurses in a
masters program. The study was about the attitude of nurses toward psychiatric
mental health experiences. The researchers new that it takes a special nurse to take
care of a mental health patient. There are also many perceived opinions and
stereotypes that are in the world of health care already so they wanted to know
what nurses think of this field of work. The people the surveyed were interested in a
nursing masters program.
The results they found stated that most nurses thought working as a mental
health nurses better shaped them into the nurses they were today. They found that
almost everyone agreed it is a difficult field of nursing but the experience you

receive is worth it. The purpose of this study was to help promote other nurses to be
interesting in becoming a mental health nurse.
