BARISTA STARBUCKS 2016-PRESENT My primary duty is to create a welcoming environment, provide excellent customer service, take orders, and prepare beverages as well as food. I am expected to know each impulse item, food item, and beverage. This position required the contemporary skill of using a computer program to place the customers orders. Team work is essential and necessary while working in fast food industry; I worked closely with the other baristas to prepare the drinks properly. Cashiering has helped me learn great new skills within the fast food industry including, team work, communication, and work relationships.
