She worked as a substitute for any of the teachers who were absent and as a long term substitute aide for our Special Education Department in the moderate to severe program. Ms. Ki 'was selected to work as a long term substitute due to her reliability, and ability to work with staff, students and parents alike, During her assignments in the classroom Ms. Kiehne set high expectations for students and provided positive learning experiences. In addition to this she also coached our award ne ‘winning Varsity and JV Cheerleading teams. Ms. Kiehne also worked with schoo! counselors and in the main office to support administration as needed. Regardless of the task, Ms. Kiehne was up to the challenge. Her energy and enthusiasm was infectious and motivated others to do their best. Ms. Kiehne demonstrates self-reliance and resourcefulness. She is consistently dependable and accurate in carrying responsibilities to a successful conclusion, With two assistant principals and me, Ms. Kiehne has regularly demonstrated that she works effectively with multiple supervisors. She maintains coolness in stressful situations. Ms. Kiehne has the ability to look at issues and come up with solutions. She has an innate ability to work with others. She is adept at heing respectful of people's’ background, experiences and culture. Itis without reservation that | highly recommend Tarah Kiehne.
