Seniors are likely to complete their courses with a 3.38 GPA or above by the
end of the year

Freshman class have a higher employment rate than there is in senior class.

Conclusions
Working part-time is correlated with a higher GPA, than those who work full
time, or not at all.
Freshmen who work full time are more likely to have a lower GPA than
freshmen who dont work or work part time.
Overall, employment does not have a consequential effect on GPA, it is a
matter of managing ones time.
