I, Rem Migrino, of legal age, single, resident of Belisario, Bohol, after being sworn in
accordance with law, depose and say:
That I am the vendee in the sale of the above-described private agricultural land;
That I am a naturalized citizen of the Philippines, by virtue of a final decision of the
RTC Tagbilaran ; on June 5, 2016 that a certified copy of my certificate of
naturalization is hereto attached as Annex A; that I am qualified to acquire and
hold public and private lands in the Philippines.
