o MEET and assign committee head!
o Fundraising Committee and Social Committee must have one activity
to suggest by next meeting
Coastal Clean up
o Get sign release waivers to Ariel
o Get Shirt size to Ariel
o Time from 8:00 am to 12 pm on Dauphin Island
Cast and Crew Dinner
o Chicken Alfredo was the decided food
o Blake and Katlyn volunteered to cook
o Salad will also be provided
NO MORE USING APO BOUGHT PLATES AND UTENSILS!!!!
Concessions
o We need food and drink donations for concessions
o NO food that can be squished into the carpet (I.e. anything with
frosting or a glaze)

SETC Screening Auditions
o Sign up opens on September 15th and ends October 16th
o 45$ fee
o MUST get the faculty member who is referring you to see your
audition!
o MUST GET OCTOBER 28TH DATE

o Singing at Nursing homes
