PART I

INTRODUCTION
Ever imagined a place where you can freely use a gun without being prohibited by
anyone? A place where you can practice your accuracy and precision and to boast how well you
are. Lastly will you believe me if I tell you that this place can be found inside the school?
IT REALLY DID EXIST !!! The 2013 Intramurals of the University of Nueva Caceres
made it possible. In accordance with the requirements in the subject Engineering Management
we were told to conduct an activity where we can conduct our managerial skills. In this project
we chose to made a shooting range stall which we call EA-putok mo! .
DETAILS OF THE PROJECT
In this project we aim to practice what we learn from the subject engineering
management and to offer recreation to those non-players of the College Intramurals. The project
will last two days which will start on August 29 and will end on August 30. We will setup a tent
where we will organize and conduct our project. The tent will be located on the side of the EA
building. This way it can be easily found because it is near the Sports Palace where most students
are. We will try to give enjoyment to those non-players in the intramurals. Rather than only
watching sports games, they will be also given a chance to enjoy. We will give pamphlets in
order to advertise our project.
The project entitled EA-putok mo! is a sport game. Here you can practice your
accuracy and precision in shooting targets. In order to join or participate, you must give 5 or 10
pesos. Number of ammunition given will depend on the amount you gave. Prizes that will be
given will depend on the number of targets you hit. The range is only 2 meters.

EVALUATION
Members of our group manifest themselves through the roles assigned and performed
their task well. Each of our members provided what is needed to fulfill every goal to be achieved
so that our outcome would be promising. Since, the outcome was beyond our expectations we
can say that weve done our jobs well in such a precise manner.
RECOMMENDATION
In some time during the operation, we encountered unexpected problems; lack of
member, since our roles are bound to each task. Some must do other task on purpose. Due to a
huge number of customers, some took other roles to fulfill the task designated for us to
continuously handle those eager customers. This resort to overtime schedules and help serve
those customers.
PART IV
GENERAL EVALUATION
Due to our success, given that our customers are satisfied. We can say that our project
was done well that most of us benefit from that experience. Regarding the satisfactory of both
sides we would like to perform the same project if given the chance since our clients would also
like to play in our booth once more. Due to our good reputation made to our clients we can
assure that we would improve our facilities and gain more profit from that project.

RECOMMENDATION
Our project was given good feedback from our clients due to our service and
entertainment given to them that most of our clients provided good ratings in our survey. Here
