TRMM Precipitation Extraction

METHODOLOGY:
Following steps are involved for TRMM monthly precipitation extraction of year 2010:

Downloaded the TRMM data of year 2010 in the format of NETCDF.

Started the ArcGIS software.
Opened the model builder window from ArcGIS software.
Dragged the NetCDF to raster layer from the tool multidimension tools

After that provided data file of January as input to this layer and changed the name of
output file name to January.
Then followed the above step for all remaining 11 months.
Then dragged the float tool from math toolset of spatial analyst tool and made
connection between it and output file of NetCDF to raster layer.
Then connected float individually to each output layer of all months and ran the
model.

Then made a connection of each output file of all months with the combine tool

Then connected cell statistics tool to the resultant layer of combine tool and ran
the model.
Then perform extract by mask from extraction list under spatial analyst tools
function by adding the raster data from previous step with world shapefile.

Display the map with resultant precipitation.
