Lesson Plan #2 BYOD in Classrooms
Grade level- First Grade
Class Title- Science lesson
Lesson Title- Exploring the Habitats of the World
This lesson will involve students researching in groups information about different
habitats. I will assign each group a habitat such as desert, rain forest, temperate forest, and
ocean. Children will then research who lives there what the temperature usually is and plants
that may live there. To make sure everyone can complete this lesson I will of course have them
in groups so children can share resources. And then have them write information down on pen
and paper so they can discuss them to each other. I will then have them share the items that they
have found with their classmates. I think having them in groups will insure their ability to finish
the lesson plan.
