COMES NOW, DEFENDANT, BLACKBRIDGE CAPITAL, LLC (BLACKBRIDGE)
by and through the undersigned counsel, and files this Motion for Enlargement of Time to
Respond to Plaintiffs Verified Amended Complaint for Declaratory Judgment and Damages. In
support, thereof states the following:
1.

PLAINTIFF served the Verified Amended Complaint for Declaratory Judgment

and Damages on October 27, 2016.

2.

A response is due on or before November 16, 2016.

3.

The undersigned had a surgery scheduled on short notice and will be unable to

complete a response by November 16, 2016.

4.

There will be no prejudice to PLAINTIFF should the Court grant this Motion.

5.

This Motion is not made for purposes of delay but so that justice may be served.

WHEREFORE, BLACKBRIDGE requests this Court enter an Order Granting

BLACKBRIDGE, an additional fourteen (14) days, in which to file a response to Plaintiffs
Verified Amended Complaint for Declaratory Judgment and Damages.
