DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by:
ROMAN REIGNS of legal age, single, Filipino, and with residence and postal
address at Happy Homes, Magsaysay avenue, Baguio City, hereinafter
referred to as the SELLER
-ANDSTEPHANIE MCMAHON, Filipino and with residence and postal address at
Giling, Rosales city, Pangasinan, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER.
WITNESSETH;
WHEREAS, the SELLER is the owner of a Cellular phone Shop and that
different kinds of cellular phones are being sold by the latter;
WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy 2 crates containing different kinds
of brand new cellular phones and the SELLER has agreed to sell 2 crate
containing different kinds of brand new cellular phones for the amount of
SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND (P 700,000.00) Philippine Currency;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED

THOUSAND (P 700,000.00) Philippine Currency, hand paid thru 3 Post dated
Checks, under Check no. 3106385 amounting to Three Hundred Thousand
Philippine (P300,000.00) currency, Check no. 3106382 amounting to Three
Hundred Thousand (P300,000.00) Philippine currency, and Check no.
3106384 amounting to One Hundred Thousand (P100,000.00) Philippine
currency, by the vendee to the vendor, the SELLER DO HEREBY SELL,
TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the said BUYER, his
heirs and assigns two crates containing different kinds of brand new cellular
phones free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever nature as of the
date of this sale.
