This Unit Study Guide is intended to list all the language students should be able to use after completing each unit for self-assessment, review, and test preparation. Students use the guide to check what language they know and find what language they are unsure of in order to write example sentences for additional practice. While meant for self-study, teachers may also collect these sentences to review student progress.

The purpose of the Unit Study Guide is to list all language students should be able to use after completing each unit. It does not include receptive language. The Unit Study Guide is meant for self-assessment, review, and/or test preparation. Students check the language they are sure they know. They are directed to find the language they are not sure they know in the unit and to write sentences with that language. Although the guides are intended for self-study, you may choose to collect the remedial sentences to review and check progress.
